Proofseal helps marketing teams understand how far the evidence supports their measurement conclusions. To do that we handle some of your data. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
Account details: your email address, display name, and a hashed password — we never store the password itself. Work data: the marketing measurement files you upload or connect (such as weekly spend and KPI aggregates) and the results our engines compute from them. Technical basics: server logs with IP address and browser type, kept only for security and troubleshooting.
What we use it for
To run the product you asked for: storing your projects, running measurements and validations, and showing you the results. To keep accounts safe: sign-in, verification emails, and abuse prevention. That is the whole list — no advertising, no profiling.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your uploaded marketing data to train AI models. No human looks at your data unless you ask us for support on it.
Please don't upload personal data
Proofseal works on aggregated marketing data — weekly spend, channel KPIs, campaign totals. It is not designed to hold personal data about your customers, and our templates never ask for any. If a file containing personal data is uploaded by mistake, delete the project or write to us and we will remove it.
Where your data lives
Google Cloud Platform, region asia-east1 (Taiwan). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups exist only so we can recover from failures, and are rotated out automatically.
Google user data
When you connect a Google service (such as Google Analytics or Google Ads), Proofseal's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We read only the reporting data needed for the measurements you request, and you can disconnect at any time.
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it — from the app or by writing to us. We answer within 30 days. Contact: support@proofseal.ai.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the product before the change takes effect.
